Workplace Recycling In Wales

Recycling in Wales has changed. Is your business compliant?

Since 2024, businesses, charities and public sector organisations across Wales have been required to separate waste for recycling under the Welsh workplace recycling legislation, with NHS hospitals and private hospitals also required to comply from April 2026.

Additionally, from 6 April 2026, the legislation also requires the separation of small waste electrical items (sWEEE) for recycling.
